Experimental smokestak

So for those of you that know us well, we have always been great advocates of a stupid idea and what better than attempting to smoke a whole brisket for 12hrs in a trash can. I can tell you now it's not the most reliable oven we've ever cooked on, but once we got going and our bellies started rumbling it was certainly on of the best things we've eaten in a long time.

so much so that we just commissioned a proper 150 gallon pit smoker, so watch this space and see the build unfold.
